A one hour class for children 4-12. We use stories, music, games, and play to learn the eight limbs of yoga. This includes poses, breathing techniques, concentration, meditaiton, and relaxation. Each class is catered to the needs and interests of the group. Up to 10 children per class.
A one hour class for families of any age. This class offers ways to connect with family through movement, play, and relaxation. Each class is catered to the individual family.
An hour long class specifically for tweens or teens. We explore yoga and meditation as we learn to navigate what it means to be ourselves in a world where everything is changing. We learn tools and skills to help with stress, relationships, peer pressure, and confidence. These classes are for groups of up to 10 youth.
Spend a day in nature exploring the senses, making friends with the elements, and finding space to just be. These explorations happen in open spaces and parks and can include groups of all ages. Between 3 and 6 hours, each class is unique to the group.
These sessions are for any adults who have children in their lives: parents, grandparents, caregivers, relatives, neighbors, teachers, mentors, tutors, therapists, doctors, etc. Using contemplation, meditation, and discussion we explore what it means to show up genuinely with the children in our lives. When we drop our agenda, we find our relationships are more honest and fulfilling for everyone. How can we give ourselves fully to our children and support their journey even in the challenge?

Family Retreat is a time for families to take a break from devices and schedules and find space to be together. Whether one family or many, we come together through yoga and meditation, play, exploring the natural world, and relaxing together. These can be one day or one week, outdoors or in. Sometimes they look like campouts, other times they are a three hour session in a living room. We discover what you need and what fits with your schedule.
These half week or week long camps are offered during spring break, summer, and winter break. Together we explore yoga, meditation, and mindfulness and what it means to be together in community. We have time for practice, time for play, time to be outdoors, and plenty of time to build relationships with ourselves and others.
